BY UTILIZING ClubGG’S BRAND ASSETS, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WHTH ClubGG'S MEDIA GUIDELINES.

Brand Usage: 

  • Promotional materials must not display ClubGG logos, brand elements, or the term "Official" in a way that suggests ClubGG endorses, sponsors, or is directly involved in your Club operations. Use of ClubGG’s brand elements beyond their intended purpose without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.

  • All marketing materials should prioritize your own brand identity.

Misleading Representation:

  • Any attempt to replicate, imitate, or mislead others into believing that your Club, or activities are part of or directly affiliated with   ClubGG is expressly prohibited.

ClubGG is a free poker client that only offers poker gameplay with play money that doesn’t have any monetary value and is not affiliated with, sponsoring, or endorsing this promotional activity.

If any Club/Union, are found to be in violation of the above guidelines in any published or distributed material, we reserve the right to take necessary action, including but not limited to suspending the Club and removing the Club if the violation is not resolved promptly.

ClubGG should always be written as a single word, with the first letter capitalized and the last two letters, ‘GG,’ in uppercase.

TEXTUAL REFERENCES

  • It is permissible to refer to “ClubGG” in plain text where it doesn’t create confusion about official status.

  • For instance, “Our union hosts Texas Hold’em games on the ClubGG app” is acceptable.

  • Phrases like “ClubGG Official Club” are prohibited.

GUIDELINES FOR BRAND NAME USAGE

1. Distinction Between GGPoker and ClubGG

  • GGPoker and ClubGG are not the same service.

  • Refrain from phrases that might confuse users into believing “ClubGG” is exactly the same as GGPoker.

2. Club or Union Naming Descriptions

  • Clearly state your club/union name, preventing any user confusion that it is operated by ClubGG

  • Never use phrases such as “GGPoker Officially Endorsed” or “Operated by ClubGG”

  • Avoid using our brand names for your Club or Union name (e.g., ClubGG Brasil, GGPoker Brasil).

All ClubGG content, materials, and features available including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, and any other content—are owned by ClubGG or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission from ClubGG or the respective rights holder. This includes any use of ClubGG's logos, trademarks, or branding.

 

Any unauthorized use of the Site's content or materials may violate intellectual property laws and result in legal action.
